Never heard of this brand before but Injen is still better.

AEM had to fix the cell issue......

Get:
TWM short shifter, base/shifter bushings 120
Throttle Body Spacer and Gaskets 120
Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket 50
Progress Sway Bar 150

That is a total of 440 so do what you want with the rest

It all depends what your looking to do first...is performance more important to you? if so, E/H...looks? lip kits, front lips...I would personally like the AJ racing lip for mine...or a drop?

aem is in the crapper. i may have agreed with you on quality a few years ago. but injen owns aem. (did you know aem/dcsports is now owned by the same folks that own the wonderful APC brand?)

my vote for your mods would be tein s-techs with a rear camber kit. for looks.
or catback for performance.

I would eventually like to get:

1) HFP front/rear lip
2) Springs
3) Header
4) Exhaust
5) HID kit
6) Fogs
7) Sway + camber

What would be the best mods to do from this list? I am equally concerned with performance (I autox), and style. OMG this sucks lol
If you are concerned about your car's performance, than you won't throw springs on your stock struts and dampers. Sway bar, reinforcement brackets, rear camber kit, front camber bolts and an aggressive alignment should be what you're looking for. I'm not too informed, but I'm almost certain putting an intake on your car would move the Si out of its current class. Don't quote me on it though.
