Question about my new Si.

Hi everyone I bought my Si yesterday here in mexico, and i would like to know whats the best way to make a drop without compromising ride quality and or affect my cars suspension, ive been checking out the hpf sport suspension but im not sure if the drop is enough for a cool look, what do you think?

If you are looking for a drop that will look kool then you will need more then just springs. There is a quick way to drop a car and there is a right way.

get the HFP sports suspension in my opinion its better you doing that than dropping on springs. Much easier install and no need to go and spend $400 for on camber kits and all that bull. i hate my lowering springs now thinking of going to HFP after i get a little money saved!

thanks for the reply, i like the hpf kit, gives you that inch and better driving control, the thing is where i live the road is super bumpy, will it make my ride feel even stiffer than without the kit?

Congrats on your purchase...if I'm not mistaken it would cost around $28,000 US dollars.

If you live in harsh road conditions, I wouldn't suggest anything other than the HFP system, if you're looking to get closer to the road, go with an aftermarket brand like Tein or Eibach.

Retail price in mexico for the 2008 is 300,000 which is about 28,600 dollars but since last month all si 08 models are on sale, got it for 25,000 still more expensive than the US. They had one 07 left and were selling it for 23,00 but i didnt want to risk having the 3rd gear problem.
