Spoon's new front bumper for FD2 Civic Type R

I was flipping through a Japanese mag and saw Spoon's new front end. Wondered if it was on their official site since I never heard about it before. Lo and behold it's in there, buried (dang site is a nightmare to navigate).

Oh I forgot to mention, but the bumper is functional, and supposedly produces a ram-air effect and increases downforce up front.

IMO it looks kinda funky, not digging it. Enjoy the pics!

The pictures are linked to the same source. LOL.

I kinda like it. Looks more like a coupe bumper than a sedan bumper, IMHO.

That's a lot of angles and cuts in that bumper. I'd pass.

No thanks. For all the crap you'd have to do to make it fit, I'd rather go with the (imo superior) stock FD2 bumper

not too great.
the lower parts on the sides seem like they are going for the same effect as they did on the spoon widebody S2K.. except instead of behind the front wheel, it's up front.

How does it not looking attractive to you make it less of a quality part?

lol i cant believe this hasnt been said by a hardcore car-washer yet...but uhh yeah that bumper looks like a sonuvabish to clean regularly with all the bumps, crevices, curves, and shapes.. hahahahhaa.

do not want. sorry...even tho its "Spoon" i still do not want.

looks like Mugen, Type-R, & a US coupe had "relations" & the final result was *cough Spoon cough* yuck.

/end2cents. sorry if i offended any1 that likes the look. just my opinion. ill stick to HFP for now.
