Front bumper?

hey guys. I got into a little car accident not to long ago because some Ford F-150 merged into my lane without looking and ****** up my front bumper (thank God that was it). He didn't even stop afterwards either... just kept on driving... >_>.

Anyways.. just wondering what are the best sites to buy an OEM bumper, and does it come painted already? Thanks.

By the time everything happened, dude was long gone enough for me not to even see his tag number. I tried to follow him so I could, but he ran a red light and I wasn't gonna go chasing death for something like this...

As for ebay --> I have checked and just waiting on an estimate of how much everything will cost w/ S/H. The bumper is painted in their shop too before being shipped out, so just waiting on a ballpark figure.
