Front bumper side screw in problem

There's a problem on my girlfriend's 06 coupe.
On each side of the bumper where the screw goes in on the corner of the bumper, that part ripped on both sides. I guess someone must have yanked it out. I kept thinking for a while, is there a solution to drill another hole to make it not pop out anymore? I just try to pop it in with the tabs that is already there, but it always ends up popping out. The screw is still there and I tried to screw it in as hard as I could so it would at least have some bit of hold to it. No luck. Thanks!

I'm having this same problem actually. But, it's because I hit a curb 2 weeks after installing the front underspoiler. Well, a woman did open her car door JUST as I was pulling into the parking spot, but I digress. My service advisor said there's not much to do, but we came up with using one of the Honda screws with a washer attached and screw it in tightly. The theory being, with the washer, there is a greater surface area to help hold the bumber in place. So far, not popped out. And I've put some pressure and banged in it a bit to test it.

Question

I have the same problem on the right side; the corner pops out because the bumper corner hole is ripped, but mi bumper is also out from underneath the headlight. When I push the bumper in to force it underneath the headlight the corner pops out. So right now I leave it out from underneath the headlight and the corner takes about a week to slowly pop out. I have tightened it as hard as I can but it keeps coming out. I will try the washer, but does anyone know what to do to keep the bumper in underneath the headlight without the corner popping out?
Thanks in advance.

Yeah, from looking at it, it looks like there's not much to do... Bummer.
She's already out of warrenty. (06 w/ 38k miles)
Our local dealer probably would have helped warrenty.

dont even worry about it, its not like the bumper is gonna come loose from now having the screws there, they barely do much as it is... mine has been broken like that for a while now, as long as you just snap it in correctly on the sides, the clips will keep it in place

Yup, my service advisor told me not to worry about it either. That's why I just used the screw with a large washer. He told me the bumper would need to be replaced. That's all they could do. It's working very well. That bit hasn't budged at all.
