Damage to rear bumper = HFP Rear Lip?

Hi guys, pretty new poster here. Recently i was rear ended (at a really slow speed) and some damage happened to my rear bumper (chipped paint and a dent). Its pretty low on the bumper so I was wondering if buying a rear lip (HFP) would cover it up?

Heres a picture of the bumper

^ hmm, it looks worse in person. it hardly shows the damage on that picture. but all of it is in that area.

HFP kit come up to the bumper line you see there so if the damage is under that line then your good.

That's exactly what I plan on doing but the lip is rather pricey over here.

i don't see anything. but i guess if the dent/scratch is low enough, HFP would be the perfect fix up!

More cheap than fixing/ repainting the bumper. At least at a quality shop that is.

it was actually a hit and run. i just assumed it was low speed because of the light damage (scraped paint and dints)
