Third Brakelight Tint ? WTF

Got my car tinted last week i specifically asked them to tint the whole back window. When i got my car back the installer gave me some BS about that the third brakelight couldn't be removed. I figured he didn't know what he was talking about but i gave him the benefit of the doubt since I only had the car for 1 day. I now know it was the easiest thing to remove the rear panel. My question is. Do you guys/girls think i should have them fix it or leave it as is. Not too concerned about the state law.

I guess they pull that off on alot of people so they won't have to work as hard. I think its an eyesore personally. Doesn't give it that clean look i was looking for.

Ya look at the DIY for replacing the rear speakers in the FG. It takes two seconds to take that panel off.

Honestly... He shouldnt have to remove anything to tint the windows... hes there to tint them, not take your car apart.

If it was a good tint shop, with the appropriate tools, they shouldnt have to take anything off to tint brake light area. Mine was tinted. I have a sedan though.
