Question about decal color

It gives a list of choose color on graphixpressions.com

By color what does it mean? The color of the stickr is gona be all black? Or my car is black and gona come out black and white the sticker? Im a bit confused on this. My car is black..

...but i would say that the color that you choose would be the color of the sticker
