Will this black chrome emblem fit the FG2?

These black chrome emblems are an optional upgrade for the S2000, and I'm wondering if either one would match the pinholes on the coupe's trunk. My gut tells me no, but I want to make sure.

I like the way the JDM emblems look on Galaxy Gray, but alas, I am a purist. The Civic Si does not deserve red Type-R badging... I would feel like a fake.

Thanks for your input!

The thought had already crossed my mind many many months ago.... They s2k emblem isn't going to fit.

Best bet is do what I did. buy the JDM emblems, and then buy the overlay for them from blue rocket. Though.. he only has them available for the ep3 04-05 front emblem and the dc5 rear emblem. Sorry Sedan owners... SOL ftl

Most people put the red JDM emblems on their cars because they prefer the look of the red honda emblems. Im sure most people aren't trying to make their car something it's not.

that's the old style emblem anyway, the new ones are more round and much better looking.

i seriously seriously doubt they do that because they like the look of red. they may not be trying to make it the car something its not, but the reason they think red looks good is because the type Rs are red.

i mean..lets put it this way..how many non Hondas do you see honda to have a red backing in the back? i mean besides Saturn..if its for aesthetic reasons and not Type R reasons, honda or not shouldnt make a difference...

I'm not putting red emblems on my car because of the type R. I'm doing it because it looks sweet on Taffeta White and it goes with the whole red and white theme I have going. The Stitching in my seats are red and the Si on the grill is red and it the red emblems just look so nice on the white FA5's.

This isn't really debatable because it's up to personal opinion. I feel red "H"s only belong on Type-Rs because that's the way Honda meant it to be. Other people think the look of the JDM emblem is great on their car, and it overrides any reservation they may have.

So what? It means something different to everyone.

I like the red and black look on the SI which is why I went with the NHBP. I can't wait to get some red JDM emblems to go along with the SI on front and back.

plus, you can't say this looks bad!
