Coupe Splashguard Screws

So I bought a set of used splashguards from a user here on the website who decided to be an ass and not send me the screws that I need to install it and refused to make things right or refund me the money and take splashguards back..

*cough*inyong1988*cough*

So.... im in a bit of an unfortunate situation after paying $55....

To order a new set of all of the screws and stuff I need through websites or dealerships will come out to about $40 which is rediculous.

I heard you can use regular screws from like Ace Hardware to install them so I was wondering if anyone knew exactly what kind of screws I need to buy, or if anyone can post a pic of what the screws look like that would help too...

Thanks guys.

Ummmm... are they OEM? Because OEM splash guards don't require screws.... LOL

thats odd because I think mine have screws
without them, they'd fly off.. especially in the snow when it comes up and gathers on it

Check with your closest dealer- they may have a type of honda screw in stock that may work.

Yeah I know they come with screws. I just dont have them, and I need to know what kind of screw I can buy at the store as an alternative because the OEM Honda ones are rediculously overpriced.

I really appreciate your help jeremy0203, that would be awesome if you found yours and would be willing to send them to me, I would even pay you something in return...

The screws and stuff online are about $40 to order. It doesn't seem like a lot, but when you add the required quantity of each screw the total adds up. Each one is like 1.50-3.00 but you need like 20+ of em

So yeah, anyone else kind enough to grab their old screws if they aren't using, I would immensly appreciate it and show some compensation.

Looks like i misread the description... why dont you try some industrial grade double sided adhesive tape? most of these mudguards are attached in this way.

yeah.. I don't see how ~20 could possibly fit unless they were tiny. Imagine what a PITA that would be.
I don't even know where my friggin mudguards and screws ARE.. I'd help you out if I could

Yeah there is only 12 screws, and 2 grommets.

I had two of my mudflaps ripped off on two separate occasions, just went to the dealer and they gave me some extra screws they had laying around for the flaps. Not sure if your dealer would be that generous, but maybe an idea.

Yeah I already tried my dealer, they said they dont carry the screws in stock and they would have to order me them, and charge me full price... :\

And correction, its 14 screws not 20 lol... thats why a put "~20"... sorry I was off by a few =(

But regardless, its still a ripoff to order them :[
