Just PM the CorSport guys on the forum and you'll probably be able to get an official answer from them that you know is the actual reason instead of just speculation/opinion...

I bought a set from a member on here (brand new for $80 shipped) because he had an 07 and they wouldn't work. He didn't explain why, but they are supposed to work with the 06 models. I haven't put them on yet, will wait until the next brake job.
I too would like to know the difference between the 06 and 07 brake lines?

not 100% sure, but it may have something to do with the VSA on the new civics.
