Heads Up Alert! Honda Parts & Accessory Price Increases Are Coming

I just wanted to give you guys and gals a quick heads up on the nation wide price increases coming from American Honda. Nearly all current model accessories will be going up 2% and replacement parts will go up 1.9% on a weighted basis. This pricing structure goes into effect from Honda on Jan. 1.

I'm offering this heads up as a thank you to 8thCivic for all the support you gave us during 2007. In short, if you want to save a little extra cash grab up your accessories this weekend before the new year price hike!

Thank you all and we wish you all the best in 2008.

I bet it has to do with higher fuel costs. We will see a lot more of this if diesel and gasoline continue to stay in the $3+/gallon range.

Question: does the increase apply to fluids (ATF, etc) as well?

man I didnt see College Hills Honda as a sponsor... I bought my lipkit and fogs on cheaphondaparts.com... I'll support them the next time around.

Won't know for sure until Jan 1. We only have the price increases for the accessories at this time.

I'm sure if you asked Honda they would give the same line that any company does. Fuel, manufacturing costs, inflation, employee benefits, salaries, materials, etc. This is pretty much done ever year but accessories not as often.
