You would need to remove the front bumper. But it's not that hard.

^ No you don't need to remove the bumper. It's just easier if you do.

Even though you don't need too. I would recommend to because you don't want to make a mistake when you're drilling holes into your bumper.

yeahi just read it lol.

ill also be using a hair dryer to help the tape "cure" since its not as hot as id like it to be..but its not too cold though..i was thinking heat the tape up with a hair dryer before sticking it to the car

How much ground clearance does the front lip take off? My previous car (not a Honda) had a pretty horrible clearance with the lip that was on the front and the underside was scraped constantly, even with cautious driving.
I like that I can drive my FA5 now without having to account for low clearance... and I may not get the lip if it means that I have to baby it through parking lots and driveways, etc.
What do you guys think? I haven't lowered it, it's all stock, etc.

Anyone? Reduced ground clearance? Inconvenient?
Thanks.

did you remove the bumper? if not, did you raise the car?

i want this lip and will install myself, and i read the instruction from honda, and looks like you'll need to raise the car if you dont want to take the bumper out

drilling and such

It's pretty simple, but doing it with two people makes it easier when it comes to putting the lip on the bumper because of the tape.
