What does the "Shocker" logo mean

OK - Im am somewhat new to the civic world and I am seeing people with these "Shocker" decals. Wondered what it mean because I am an old geezer and I am not up to date on the latest. I orderd some emblems from grafixexpressions and got some of these "Shocker" decals.
