Adding Lights to the front seat footwell's

I read a few threads on here already on this (all good stuff!) about adding lights to the foot well areas of the front seats. That's something I'd like to do but im not sure if it would be better to go with neons or LED's. I'd also like to see if anyone has any recommendations on where to purchase from.

I plan to installl a master switch out of the way someplace but I think I'll hook it up so that they come on with the courtesy lights when activated or when people enter/leave the car. That would rock :)
