It's not that I would intentionally go after you car, it's that you would be making a lot of people hate you if you intentionally double parked. You're driving a Civic, not a Lamborghini, and I could completely understand it if people driving around in vehicles worth twice yours had to park super far away because you took up two spots because you were scared your $20k car would get dented.

But why would you get mad if im way in the middle of nowhere with no cars within 100 feet of me. Im not bothering nobody. Maybe i parked there cause i dont know how to park and i know it. Would you rather me park/scratch and maybe take off your bumper by parking next to you knowing i dont know how to park?

The original guy wasn't stating that he was parking on the far side of the lot. If you're parking on the far side the lot then it's just redundant to double park but I wouldn't care. My comments are aimed at the original kid who would double park in useful spots.
