All Carbon Fiber Hood People Look At This Thread!!!

Out of all of you guys. How many of you guys still have your OEM Hood? Did you guys sell it or did you keep it? People are telling me to keep it because Carbon Fiber fades. What should I do?

Keep it, hood may fade, my buddies did, mine did not, depends on how well the company clear-coated it

you should keep it just in case if you have a convenient place to store it. and just take care of your cf and it won't fade

keep it. CF does fade if kept in sun too much.

6 months. try to keep car out of sun while parked

I live in Tampa. Learn your work and or school, find an area to park that is shaded

i would keep it. ive kept all my other stuff i replaced. like suspension, mud gaurds, wheels etc. just in case.

Dont worry about it.

I got a CF Hood too, it will take alot for it to fade.
