These Overlays can be installed without any air bubbles! The key is to work from the middle outward when squeegying all the moisture out. Also, make sure you use a hairdryer when installing, esp over the curved surfaces. This will help make the vinyl pliable.

Does it come with just enough to fit on the lip or is there excess that needs to be trimmed off? I think I can do it w/o any bubbles. It should hopefully be just like adding leading edge tape on a plane.

I think there's already a actual CF cover for the lip, not overlay, saw it somewhere on the net recently, i'll post up the site if I find it again.
