anyone tried this trim kit?

im thinking of going for both the aluminum and carbon fibre mixed look with the kits from autocity imports since its genuine carbon fibre. has anyone tried it on before? is it just an overlay? not sure if i wanna get it until iv seen a photo of it fitted on our civics.

its just a sticky, i say in a demo model at the dealer that had this kit, it looked cheap and crappy., same kit and it leaves prety anoying gaps too...
