Most external parts are interchangeable. Some have different part numbers. Like the trunk for example. The trunks are interchangeable, but they are different. The Si trunk has the wing spoiler holes, the non-Si trunk doesn't. Can you get a little more specific with your question?

Something I've noticed about HFP kits is that some come with a rubber lining that helps the kit to form snugly up against the body of the car, while some HFP kits don't. You should check to see if yours does before you buy it. I'm not sure what dictates which kit you'll kit. It might be the Si/non-Si difference, or it might just be that the older versions of the kit dont include the rubber side molding, or maybe the few kits I've seen without the molding are just guys who ripped theirs off? Either way, I'd check for that.
Also, the dimensions are the same. Thats why people can interchange trunks, grills, and other exterior parts. |
