what you need:

put tape on then carefully cut out

end product:

but! ...no overlapping tape lines that would be PAINFULLY obvious to the owner if not, an enthusiast such as myself??

I'm afraid it looks good from a far but far from good up close and it would just annoy me looking at it while driving.

a real red emblem would be nice, too bad there isn't one available yet.
