Just dropped off the Civic
I just dropped off my car at Honda to get the OEM remote start installed. Its a 2 door LX. I will keep everyone updated to see if it works. It would suck if it didn't because Honda does not take this item back so I might have to sell it ehre or ebay. I hope not.

Can anyone help??
Remote Installed. 1. Engine starts perfectly. 2. Transmitter does not lock/unlock car. (why ?) 3. I used the transmitter and started the engine. However can't unlock on it or the regular key. 4. I tried inserting key into door. Engine shuts down 5. I locked myself in the car and started the engine. Unlock on door itself no work. 6. If I put key into ignition. the car shuts down. Whats seems to be the problem? |
