The Quick Dry Plus (QDP) and HP Charcoal both are pigmented polyester films that will not turn purple. The Quick Dry used to be a lifetime warrantied film, but now since QDP came out it's been downgraded, but I've seen pictures of the stuff after 5 years and it barely began to change color. Global is the ONLY window film company in the world that makes and assembles 100% of their product. I also like their HP Fusion if you're into the flashy shiny look. Great heat rejection and a good color for a full metal film. I have it on my car (not a civic). |

No states allow 20% on the fronts.
A few states allow 25% net (film and glass combined). Also please be aware that not only can you get a ticket, but your insurance company can deny claims and you open yourself up to lawsuits. My advice is always keep it legal. |
