You will not be disappointed with Global. It's now my favorite brand to install.

The Quick Dry Plus (QDP) and HP Charcoal both are pigmented polyester films that will not turn purple.

The Quick Dry used to be a lifetime warrantied film, but now since QDP came out it's been downgraded, but I've seen pictures of the stuff after 5 years and it barely began to change color.

Global is the ONLY window film company in the world that makes and assembles 100% of their product.

I also like their HP Fusion if you're into the flashy shiny look. Great heat rejection and a good color for a full metal film. I have it on my car (not a civic).

did you get the ticket just because of the tints? or was it an add-on ticket? im wondering because i live in cali and i don't want the cops to pull me over just because of my front window tints.

it was an add on ticket ... on top of a speeding. on my old car a cop pulled me over cuz of tint and nothing else, so be careful man. whenever i see a cop i just bring my windows down...which i did when i got the speeding, but she made me roll my windows halfway up so she could check...gosh dang it

No states allow 20% on the fronts.

A few states allow 25% net (film and glass combined).

Also please be aware that not only can you get a ticket, but your insurance company can deny claims and you open yourself up to lawsuits. My advice is always keep it legal.
