I made a thread about this. Majestic Honda sells it the cheapest by far. It's 244 plus shipping. Problem is, they dont shit the lips. What you do is, call a local honda dealership and ask them if they will match the price from another dealership. They will most likely say yes. Tell em the price, and if they ask for anymore info you can tell them Majestic Honda and give them the URL (hondaautomotiveparts.com). Worked for me.

Yes, they come painted, you specify which color lip you want them to order for you.
