HFP lip color

I ordered a Front under spoiler from DCH honda. Just got it today and just want to confirm something. The color flat black, not NHBP. Is everyone else's NHBP colored lip like that as well?

um...i am really confused. the lip kit only comes painted, and since honda does not have a "flat black" clor for the civic, you must have gotten NHBP.

and why is your bumper flat black?
