I baked a friend of mine's Tiburon Headlights and that went pretty well, seemed liked the easy part, just had to be really quick.

For me though I'm scared about taking the bumper off, otherwise I would have done it on day 1.

There is really nothing to taking off the bumper. I have done it 3 times now and I'll have to do it again next week when I get my intake back from Injen. The first time you will feel sort of squirrelly about doing it, but then you realize just how easy it is. You can totally do it. It's just a bunch of push tabs and some screws. It takes 10 minutes at the most.

How exactly do all those push pins come out? I took out one from each inner fender well to put in my HIDs and broke them both.

theres a part on the inside of each to get a flathead screwdriver in. or a similiar tool then once you pop the center out the whole thing pulls out. but be aware of which ones you pull out because there are 2 different lengths

just buy some new sealant, like maybe the stuff used for windshields, that should work
