Removing steering wheel bezel (silver)?

Does anyone know how to remove it? I want to upgrade the stock black bezel part to the silver one found on the EX and Si.

You can take the negative off the battery and take the airbag out.

you want to disconnect the battery and go head and take the battery out, and make sure you check to see how long it takes to discharge the power out of the system. b/c power stays in the system for a while so you want to make sure its completely drained.
