$90 seems a bit much, but still an awesome product. I may have to get one over the summer...

We are offering for 89.95 shipped, buying it off Redline's site is 89.95 + Ship.

That is the lowest price we are allowed to sell for otherwise they won't sell to us...

They do work as long as its not cheap quality and it is designed like oem..

Here is a direct quote from Redline Tuning on their FAQs "Aftermarket Hoods - Will the QuickLIFT kits work with my aftermarket hood?
We get a lot of questions about whether aftermarket hoods of all types (fiberglass, carbon fiber etc.) will work with our QuickLIFTs. With most high-quality hoods, the answer is yes, however, you must understand the following to find out for sure if yours will work.

First, we design our QuickLIFTs to fit the stock hood and fender, unless specified in the kit. That means that we have carefully calculated what gas-spring length, force and size is required to lift and hold the hood up, along with the correct bracket geometry and mounting locations so that the QuickLIFT fits without interference."

Had these on the Focus a few years ago and I loved them. If these will work for the 06 Sedan, I will buy right now.

exact reply from Redline: "I believe so - we tested it on an Si and where we mount it should be the same on all models. "
