How to remove the cieling?

Hey guys! IM new to this place. I was wondering if anybody knows how to remove the cieling of my 06 civic EX because I want to put DYNAMAT all over the car but if I take it to a professional they want $500 to install the DYNAMAT all over the car. THATS WITHOUT THE DYNAMAT ITSELF! I want to save myself 500 dollars. Can someone show me how to remove it? Thanks

yeah i also would like to know ive thought about doing a black suade headliner along with the door panel inserts
