anyone install splash guards?

I'm looking to replace the "inner rear fender" part that comes off where the splash guards go on. (Don't like the splash guards that the dealer installed, so I want to take them off)

Anyone know where I can buy these? HondaParts.com doesn't seem to have them.

Or will swap slightly used splash guards for inner rear fender thingies

Go to hondaautomotiveparts.com part #2319424 right side and part #2319427 left side. You may also need clips and screws.
