My Si and HFP Parts...

I have an 07 Si that a leased...i want to have a little fun with this car but i know that for the time being i cant go overboard with to much due to the lease and such...

I want to oufit my Si with all of the HFP parts...Lip Kit, Rims, and suspension...i am also reading that NEW HFP parts are also coming out in the near future maybe brakes and such...

While on the topic of the new HFP parts, does anyone know if they are bringing out a silver HFP Rim, i like the current color but im not sure about it with a FBP Si...

Anyway, since i am getting all of this HFP parts my resale value would go up from what they have listed on my lease agreement, correct?

Also, i was wondering if i got all of the HFP parts but had them installed at the dealership i work at (Lexus) it would still be covered under my warrenty right?
