You're going to get better quality with VIS. I've bought twice (shame on me) from Seibon and was disappointed both times..

So Seibon cf hoods are lighter than VIS cf hoods? Does anyone know if the VIS cf hood is at least lighter than the stock hood? If so, by how much?

Is $400 for a brand new VIS cf hood (pick up & save on shipping) a good deal? Or do you think I can find a better deal?

Not to try and set off any vis owners, but by far from what ive seen from products over the years, seibon has a way better weave pattern, integrating a smaller weave into their hoods, i own one and couldnt be any happier.
