You could get some red vinyl, trim it to fit, take the emblem off, and lay it down in one piece. You could also take off the front emblem and paint the area behind it in red and reinstall the emblem. I had thought about trying this, but haven't got around to it. Wasn't sure what to do about the rear until now. for originality & savings!

Looks good. Someone mentioned $90 for a red emblem, I wouldn't pay $90 on a emblem, thats just plain stupid.

You could also try using thin sheets of red plastic. It would be firmer and the New Orleans summer would turn tape adhesive into a gummy mess. Otherwise, Kudos on the idea.

Thanks for the love! hehehe. yeah I wasnt expecting everyone to like it, but i like it and spent way less for going this way. The money saved goes to the performance mods...$80 bucks towards a nice set of Coilovers or Cat back Exhaust! woohoo!

I commend you for the hard work and effort, but I don't think it looks very good.

Now all you need is a matching hand purse and you are good to go

But seriously it looks pretty good man.. I am not really feeling the gator skin but in Louisiana it should be a hit lol.. Props for taking the time to try something new Let me know if you try it with anything else

They look a lot better than I expected. The only thing I don't like is the pattern... that, and I'm against the red H on Si's in general :-) It's money better spent than $90 for emblems though, definitely. Good job.
