I want a cleaner look without having the keyhole, is this possible by using the factory EX's?

If you want to open it from the inside every time, go for it. It should fit.

I think you might need to shave off the keyopener mechanism and then get the ex license plate trim thingy.

need to install a trunk popper to work. then take it to a body shop and they can cover the hole
