Skunk2 knob with stock boot?

I just ordered a Skunk2 weighted knob, and was wondering if the stock shift boot will work, or if I should order an Auger.

get the Auger, it looks much better than the stock boot IMO

Stock shift boot still works. Very little gap.

I'm planning to get the Auger with the Skunk2 knob. I think they just compliment eachother very well.

i have the skunk2 with the stock boot and its great....just dont use the nut for the knob

yes it will. they have the 6speed knob and a 5speed knob.

Well I got my hands on a 10th anniversary knob...anyone want a regular weighted Skunk2 shiftknob? :P

if i was to put one on my ex and i wanted to keep my stock boot, how would i get that plastic off of the boot? pm anyone.
