Seats fabric cleaning

Last year I bought a Civic LX 06 (which I love) and I've repairing some minor things. The interior of the car is Ivory color and it seems like the previous owener didn't take care of it too much. Here are some pics:

I would like to know if there is any good product which I can use to clean the seats of the car.

You should take it to a car wash place pay the 60-80 dollars and let them clean it. They cleaned mine and it looks really good.
