I've seen white accords and odysseys with the clear coat missing and the paint is stained from that, but as long as you take care of the paint, i.e. wax and wash, the paint shouldn't permanently stain. if you think you have some use a good cleaner wax and see if it comes out....

Dirt and grime embedded in the clear coat. Shows up on white.
Bumpers are really susceptible to it because of the flex additives makes the paint/clear coat softer. A good detailing should be able to fix it. |

Well it's not really "fading" since fading means it's getting lighter.
it's actually just dirty. This is why people say their paint is so smooth after clay baring. It's lifting out all the embedded crap. |
