question about type R conversion

sup guys i have a 09 si sedan..and i just want to change my trunk and lights to type R for the rear for now and get bumper later. anyone know if the trunk and lights will fit without a problem? i already have seibon type R wing so thats not a problem.

you can use your stock bumper and just change the lights/trunk.

answer is yes. Only mods you have to do is go to the dealer and pick up a four door first.

yes you could do that! just like i did. BUT the tails do not sit flush with the oem bumper.

I have a 2 door... but I have seen some pics of some sexC TypeR stuff. I think if I had the money and the means, I would get those Type-R seats... yummmm

it will fit, with ALOT of bondo and ALOT of time and ALOT of money

For the rear tail lights you would need to cut and shave parts of the car to make it fit perfectly.

check with a reputable body shop and see what they can do to custom fit it to your car. they will need to hack up the bumper a bit to make it work right. dont go cheap but still it shouldnt be overly expensive either. if done right it will come out awesome. screw the haters. some people have no sense of adventure or are daring enough to be different. u only live once so live it up!
