why paint them? Most colors can be bought premade a certain color...unless you are trying to get an off color or match the cars color perfectly.

My H has the paint chipping off, is it possible to remove just the "H" without removing the entire grill?

it's not paint(at least the "H" is not painted, the trim that it attached to is though).so if it is chipping then all you need to do is buy a new one and put it on.The "H" can be taken off easily and replaced,IIRC there are two small screws holding it on.

For the front one, you'll have to take the bumper off. Just remove the emblem (two screws), scuff up the emblem with an sos pad or something so the paint will stick. Put about 3-4 light coats on it, then put it back on.

If it wasn't snowing out I would go check now, but I'm guessing the two screws that hold the front emblem are accessed from behind the grill?

You also need to pop out the two clips holding the rear one on. Open your trunk and locate the underside of the emblem, you should see two white clips that you need to undo.

the rear emblem is held on by 2 tabs and double sided tape, very easy to pop off. the front is held on by 2 screws, u have to take the grille/bumper off.

to paint the emblem u have to scuff them up with sandpaper until there is no shine left, clean it off to make sure there is no dust on it. then apply a couple coats of paint.

make sure u sand the emblems good otherwise the paint wont stick, the paint on my emblem is starting to chip off because i rushed sanding and painting, plus with all the snow and ice in New England ripped the paint off haha.

u should be able to get the emblems at ur local dealership, but idk wut the cost is there
