<--------- Si Owner (fine with it) what exactly would be wrong with putting it on? as long as your not putting a DOHC sticker on i don't see why not, seeing as it's the proper engine for the car. Quote:

Well this doesn't really have to do with anything performance related, so I don't think that will happen.
It HAS a Sohc I-Vtec engine, so there is no problem with putting that sticker on the side. Its not like one of those, "I want to do a $20,000 dollar track-spec build on my r18", threads. |

yah. it's funny though when i had my r18 i wanted the stickers on, but when i got my si, i wanted them off. go figure. anyways leave it how it is or do the sohc. just looks better imo. i know there's a local guy who drives around with a r18 and has a dohc sticker on it.

If you read those R18 threads you can see the only time ppl really complain is because someone threw on the DOHC sticker when the engine is only a SOHC. Anyhow I (also an Si owner) thinks the i-vtec sticker is a nice idea and like it. Last edited by DTNguyen107; 12-27-2009 at 10:51 PM. |

Personally, I don't understand why people remove their decal from their SIs.
They claim, it makes the car look "clean". I disagree. "Clean" is when a car looks like it does in its most stock form, with subtle allusions to the performance upgrades it manifests. An intercooler, hidden behind the stock lower grill, an exhaust, etc. Removing decals, putting ugly body kits and/or wheels on it, putting window visors, etc., these are just rice. grafixexpressions sells them but you can't find them via the main website. Contact Blue Rocket about them.
And SI peeps, don't get all offended. Seeing as I own an R18 I read plenty of those threads and we very much get more hate than love from SI owners. Examples of hating on SOHC decals by SI owners: i-Vtec SOHC decal on an R18 i-Vtec SOHC decal on an R18 Looks like more were deleted: i-Vtec SOHC decal on an R18 Tootles! |

Well being a college student I hafta go with the best price. If grafix had them for the same price I would definitely order from there. I do plan on ordering a couple things from there in the near future though. Getting the key overlays and R18 crew sticker.
