is this a short shifter?

I just got the car from the auction and the shifts dont seem too quick but it seems real smooth. I have test driven a Si but this feels a little different.

it doesn't look like a short shifter that i've ever seen... but some companys sell these 06 07 08 09 HONDA CIVIC SI SHORT SHIFTER ADAPTER KIT FG:eBay Motors (item 250407030739 end time Jan-09-10 08:17:59 PST) and call it a full short shifter.... i used ebay to find it because it was the quickest way..... if it feels shorter then a Si that you test drove but not really quick it's probably just one of those adapters if anything
