I dunno but $34,728 for a Civic (even if it IS a type R) is a bit much! lol

sorry I can be of no help. I too would like to know the answer to your question!

Umm, I think you need to reread his post..LOL!

If they are replica's they should fit, people are putting on replica Mugen sides and they have no fitment issues...

I think you need to re-read MY post. I said "I dunno" and "Sorry I could not be of any help". I fully understood the question. I wanted to know the answer too.

TRUE.

Threadstarter, since you seem to have had good luck with fitment of your recent Mugen replica front lip, I don't see why these would be any different. Why don't you contact K Playground and just ask them... I'm sure they'll tell you if there's a big difference.

i am planning to do that, just i wanted to hear from members about their own experiences. I based my purchasing the mugen lip from others experiences with the same product. they said it fit nicely so i got it.

and the type r isnt 34,000? isnt it more?

anyhow, obviously if the type r was sold here, people would be all over it regardless of the price.

Now back to the topic!

i was going to get the mugen sides, but i didnt like how the top of it on each end doesnt line up with the lines like the type r or the hfp kit does. it kinda sits under the triangular, kinda looks as if its not meant to be on there.

do you guys think it would be overkill to get them?? Currently i have the mugen grill and mugen lip for the acura csx.... which looks like this:

im basically getting the sides to cover up a few very minor dents in the bottom of the door sill thing.

Would it look bad with the front end in this picture (which is a CSX like i have) and the type r sides but nothing in back??
this is what my rear end looks like stock:
