Just got back from Autozone and was looking at blue headlight bulbs!

So i want my car headlights bulb to look blue when on, instead of the regular stock white color and i was looking at some bulbs for the headlight and i found some cool blue headlight bulbs and i ask wich ones do i need for my civic and he check on the pc and told me the ones i need are #9006.

What are the headlight bulbs that we need? i have a cupe by the way.

and are they easy to install? he said i dont have to take the headlight apart all i have to do is done from the inside of the hood..

The set of both bulbs is only $37.

Has anyone done this?

hmm... you were proably looking at sliverstars, i have the same ones on my car now. there the new "utlra" sliverstars brighter than the ones i have and those are about $47 with a $10 mail in rebate.

low beams are 9006 and drl/high beams are 9005 and if you go to pg 234 in your manual it will tell you how to replace your blubs...

Plug n Play kits are available anywhere from www.xenondepot.com, www.hidplanet.com, www.xenonpros.com, etc etc or even ebay. Remember when it comes to HID conversions, you GET what you PAY for. Pay $150, and expect crap. Expect to spend $280-350 for a decent setup. Go for a name brand ballast & starter like Philips or McCulloch, or even Denso.

BTW Silverstars loook sooooo orange in that pic compared to HID. eep.

buying just the bulbs to get a xenon look is pointless...horrible road visibility. Just buy and HID kit and dont waste ur money on the bulbs
