What did I do to the lights in my car??

So, long-time lurker and finally thought I'd join because I'm here all the time anyway. I just got my NHBP fg2 a few months ago and have just made a few small upgrades like LEDs in the dome lights. I recently found elementofhoops DIY for courtesy lights...

DIY: Auto/On/Off Interior Lighting

and bought white pods to put in. Well, they didn't work despite checking everything with a multimeter and checking all of my wiring. The dome lights were fine until earlier today when I checked the wiring again and now they don't work. I removed the t-taps from the wires and nothing is even connected, but my lights will not come on. The fuse is fine and the harness has been plugged back on. The orange light in the headliner is on and the moonroof works, but no dome lights at all. It doesn't look like the wires were cut by the t-taps and I checked very thoroughly. Any ideas???

After a little more digging, it was fuse 22 under the hood. I guess I was too quick in checking them before I posted. Thanks to everyone who looked though!
