taking apart sunvisor

how do you take apart sun visor? I removed it from headliner....how do you take it apart so i can paint it?

don't bother taking it apart...just tape off the fabric and anything else you don't want paint...its glued together and by the time you take it apart, you'll put indents across all the edges by prying it apart...
