Unhappy VIS Techno R spoiler almost installed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok people, today I picked up my VIS Techno R spoiler from the body shop. It was painted to match my Fiji Blue Si. Im dying to install the bloody thing, but Im still having issues with the 3rd Brake Light relocation. Someone from 8th Civic already gave me the idea of swapping me rear speaker tray for one from a Civic coupe, which has the 3rd brake light on top of the sub. I found the parts online already, but since the stereo on an EX w/navi and on the Si w/navi are the same, Im wondering if I need to order all the parts or just the 3rd brake light itself.
I have been busy this past couple of days, so I have not had time to go to a Honda dealer to check out an EX w/navi and see what I need. If anyone, and I mean anyone, has made this swap on their Si, let me know what you needed please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also, what have you guys used to plug in the center hole on the trunk that was used by the stock Si spoiler??????
The faster I get this done the faster I can get pics on the forums for you guys. Start hitting VTEC and help a brother out!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm having the middle hole welded over with aluminum. I haven't put the car back together for a couple reasons so if I get it together before you, I'll let you know. I'm not swapping in the EX tray though, I'm thinking of using a third light from the Fit and mounting it high in the rear window.

I forgot that the shop wrapped it heavy in Bubble Wrap. I was planning to unwrap it when I was going to install it, because it's a pain to wrap that up again.

Oh man, maybe I shouldn't have said anything. I didn't mean to make anyone crazy. I just figured since I got the spoiler painted I would let you guys know. The only thing that is holding me from putting it on is the damn 3rd brake light. It's actually starting to anoy me a lot. I contacted a Honda Parts dept. about getting the 3rd brake light from the 06 EX coupe, there telling me I need a wiring harness plus the trunk tray and possibly other things.
If I knew someone in NJ that could do this I would have pics up much quicker. Believe me that the wait is killing me more then you guys. I'll keep you guys posted, but if you guys can assist me with the bloody 3rd light it will make things quicker.

Looks like parts #8 and #3; the tray and the light assembly.

As far as wiring harnesses, you'll have to find that out from Honda. I looked it up and all I found were two possibilities. One was $51. The other was $100+. Hopefully the Si already has these and you can just plug and play. If not, maybe you can tap off one of the existing brake lights?

yeah, i found these a couple of days ago. I haven't had time to go to a Honda Parts dept. to double check about the wiring harness, nor have i had time to check inside th stock Si tray for a wire.

Listen everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As soon as I get it installed I will post a new thread "VIS spoiler installed" with pics.

Thanks for the info. I got some work to do!!!
