Question Painted mud flaps ?

Has anyone painted their mudflaps to color match the body ? I'd be interested in seeing a 2dr TW coupe ...

Good idea,as long as you can get the paint to match.

I've got painted ones on my RR sedan. Considered DIY, but my local paint shop quoted $50 for the job (both in & outside were painted), so I decided DIY wasn't worth the hassle.

I painted my mud flaps a few weeks ago. Its kind of a pain in the ass to get the flaps off if you leave the tires on. What i did to paint them is just clean them up real good give it a light sand with 100 grit paper, using a higher grit would probably a better choice. Then i just sprayed 3 coats on and let it dry a few days and put them back on. I got the paint at Napa for about 30 bucks with a little plastic spray gun.

it is a pain trying to take them off with tires on. the front is okay but the rear is a pain. just jack up the car i found that out after spending about a hour trying to take off the rear
