2007 TSX rims on a Civic dx

I have a 2010 Civic dx. I found 2007 tsx rims for a steal, will they fit on the civic without spacers? Is the offset too much? Does it matter that I have a dx?

rims: 114.3 x5 7x17 55 offset

I've heard to not go over the oem offset, which is 45, so those rims might not clear the brake calipers.

Any spacers needed to make it fit? I'm curious as well as the post above but no answer?

They fit no problem, nothing is needed. It will be inward more than stock wheels but you could get spacers for this.

I have the TSX wheels and am using 15mm spacers in the front and they look fine.
