it's a stick on piece...if the one you buy doesn't come with the 3M tape then just buy some and stick it on. As simple as that.

wow thanks for the help!!!! just asked a qquestion and get a smart ass remark back damm jus a simple question that i didnt know. and r there any different types of 3m tape?

Sure, there's plenty. They make double sided tape for Autos and in different widths. When you get the spoiler see how much surface you have to apply and then buy accordingly.
