Unfortunately, yes. I think lambo doors only suit lambos. They're awfully expensive too.

It's stock....just lowered. And the photography shot it in a way to make it look shorter and more aggressive.

They're worse in Europe. Sweden gets all KINDS of crazy.

Anyway, I'll say it again...the swing-up doors do not look bad at ALL on the new Civic Coupes and the hatchback. In fact, I think they add appeal, since the shapes of the car now help make the lambo doors look more "OEM".

Still, I wouldn't do it. More weight. Besides, even if it looks more proper like that...it *is* still a CIVIC. :)

Europe has a VERY different style than America or Japan. It's almost flamboyant in a way. Very wild, very creative. Call it what you want, but it's not rice; they just look at their vehicles as blank canvas', which every vehicle essentially is.

Japan gets pretty crazy too, though. We just see the examples we want to see. Ever see what they do to vans and trucks over in the land of the Rising Sun? KARAZZEEEE!!

Last major fad I hear in Sweden was major airbrushing. Some dude with an MY01 S40 spent like 13G on his car's exterior paint. Then there's the massive LED-whores there.

Best one I've heard though for my old car was a FWD MY00 S40 with 700 hp. Thing looks bone stock, with the exception of the FMIC. Too bad it's not fast since there's no grip for it whatsoever.

Look at the bright side: you can park it between two escalades and not worry about scratching the edge of your door when you open it.
